We will have a good energy meal inspired by Dr. Means’ books including “low spike tacos” and arugula and butternut squash salad with pomegranate. We will also enjoy an organic, grain free, refined sugar free “Epic” Chocolate Chip Cookie. All will create a special item to take home and support your good energy!
